At Love Me Twice Kids, we take utmost care to deliver high-quality, well-packed products to your doorstep. However, in the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, we’re here to help.

Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase:


Eligibility for Return

We offer returns or replacements only in the following condition:

  • The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • A full unboxing video is provided from the moment the package is opened, clearly showing the defect or issue.

Note: We do not offer returns or exchanges for size issues, change of mind, or general dissatisfaction. Please refer to size charts and product descriptions carefully before placing an order.


🎥 Unboxing Video Requirement

To process any return or replacement, an unboxing video is mandatory. The video must meet the following conditions:

  • Start recording before opening the package.

  • The product, packaging, and any damage or defect must be clearly visible.

  • No cuts or edits in the video.

  • The video must be shared with our team within 48 hours of delivery.

This helps us verify the issue and ensure a fair and smooth process for both parties.


📩 How to Raise a Return Request

  1. Email or WhatsApp us at [hello@lovemetwicekids.com/9924841829] within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  2. Share:

    • Your Order ID

    • The unboxing video

    • A brief description of the issue

Our support team will verify the issue and get back to you within 2-3 business days with the next steps.


🔁 Resolution Process

If the return is approved, you will be eligible for one of the following:

  • Replacement of the same product (subject to availability)

  • Or a coupon code of the order value for your next purchase (if replacement is not available)

We currently do not offer monetary refunds.


🚚 Pickup or Return Shipping

  • In most cases, we will arrange a reverse pickup if your location is serviceable [Flat fee of ₹150 wil be charged for it].

  • If reverse pickup is not available, you may be required to courier the item back. In such cases, we will reimburse standard courier charges after validating the issue.


❌ Returns Will Not Be Accepted If:

  • No unboxing video is provided

  • The product is used or washed

  • The complaint is raised after 48 hours of delivery

  • Damage occurred after delivery (e.g., due to mishandling)
